Do I need a credit score?

No credit history needed to apply. We look at income and other factors, not a score alone. Applying doesn't affect your FICO® Score, though other credit scores may be affected.

How is my payment worked out?

Your payment is the cash price multiplied by a factor set by the price of the item, spread across the lease term. Both numbers are shown on every product page and in the calculator above — before you apply.

What does it cost to own it early?

The cash price plus 10%, any time within the first 110 days. There is no penalty for paying early and the amount is locked when you sign.

When am I charged?

After your order is delivered. Nothing is taken before it arrives.

Can I change a payment date?

Yes. If a payment date doesn't line up with your pay cycle, contact support before it is due and we will reschedule it. Call 1-855-447-4921 or email info@improvemintfinancial.com.

What if I want to return something?

Start every return with us, not at a Best Buy store. Request it within 14 days from delivery, from your account or by contacting support. If the item goes back, the lease goes with it, and we will close it out.

Will my account be sold to anyone?

No. Your lease stays with Improvemint Financial from the first payment to the last.
